The country house is situated in an absolutely quiet, idyllic location on the outskirts of Rottach-Egern with an unobstructed view of the Weißachau nature reserve and the impressive mountain landscape of the municipalities of Rottach-Egern and Kreuth.

On the first floor there is also a guest WC, furnished in a modern design, as well as two of the guest bedrooms.
On the upper floor there is a suite with its own bathroom and romantic, free-standing bathtub and 2 further double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two spacious balconies on the south and north sides complete the offer. The two floors have ceiling heights of 2.38 m and 2.50 m up to a maximum of 3.56 m on the upper floor.
