This beautiful apartment is of high quality and fully furnished and equipped. Due to its south-east orientation, it is flooded with light. The modern equipment includes electric shutters on all windows and an automatic ventilation system (decentralized exhaust air system). The heart of the apartment is certainly the large, semi-open kitchen-living room with breakfast bar and sofa, and the adjoining living area with large dining table in the "round corner" of the apartment.
