Access to the apartment is via the staircase with elevator. A bicycle cellar and a washing and drying room are available for use by the house community. A cellar and a single parking space in the underground garage belong to the apartment. The entire property is very well maintained.
The large living room consists of living and dining area with access to the almost 20 square meter terrace and the beautiful private garden. The spacious open kitchen is accessible from the living room and has a high-quality fitted kitchen with all electrical appliances.
