The penthouse apartment is located in an apartment building in Unterföhring and is centrally located near the S-Bahn station, as well as numerous green areas and the banks of the river Isar.

The luxurious furnishings have been stylishly selected and coordinated by an architect. The parquet flooring is made of smoked oak. The fully tiled bathroom incl. mechanical ventilation provides a toilet, a generous sink in front of the ceiling-high and spacious mirror cabinet, and a bathtub incl. shower. In addition, the apartment also has a separate guest toilet. The kitchen is equipped with many well-known electrical appliances, such as a steam cooking oven, as well as oven with pyrolysis system by SIEMENS.

The architect who furnished the apartment chose several design items. Le Corbusier couch LC4, Barcelona Chair, Eileen Grey tables, Occhio lamps, to name just a few brands. Various carpenter-made furnishings provide plenty of storage space.

The living room, which also offers many self-designed furniture pieces, features a 60-inch flat-screen TV with a 5.1 TEUFEL sound system. This equipment turns every movie into a real cinema experience at home.

Another highlight is the beautiful, wrap-around roof terrace, which offers a variety of seating areas and is the perfect place to relax.
