The apartment has a cozy living and dining area with access to the south-east facing balcony. The separate and fully equipped fitted kitchen also offers a dining area, perfect for a cozy breakfast. The spacious bedroom has a beautiful daylight workspace.
Currently (as of April 2025) the following equipment has been renewed and can already be seen in the photos: new large sofa, new sofa tables and new parquet flooring in the living room; in the bathroom new washbasin with vanity unit, new toilet with new flush valve.
Very good connections to the city center and towards Lake Starnberg and the Alps: the Fürstenried West subway station is only a 2-minute walk away, which ensures a quick and uncomplicated connection to Munich city center. All stores for daily needs are nearby and easily accessible.
