This impressive building, constructed in massive and solid architecture in the course of the Olympic Games in 1968 and renovated in 1998, is in a good, well-maintained and contemporary condition.

The apartment is located on the 10th floor and is modern and tastefully furnished.
The open plan living/sleeping area has a small fitted kitchen with white fitted cupboards, fridge, 2 plate ceran stove, and combination grill/microwave, dishwasher and sink.
All necessary kitchen items: toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, pots, glasses, crockery, as well as towels and bed linen are provided.
