This attractive and well-kept 2-room apartment is located on the 5th floor of a residential complex built in the early 70s in the popular district Sendling-Westpark.

With the elevator you can reach the top floor, the 5th floor without problems.

When entering the apartment, you can access all rooms from the hallway.

On the right hand side is the bathroom with bathtub, as well as a storage room, which offers sufficient storage space.
