The apartment is located in an apartment building on the 3rd floor with elevator. The living room is equipped with a sofa and, various sideboards, as well as a flat screen TV.
The dining area with four chairs is also located in the living room, directly in front of the open, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and extractor fan. From here you can also access the large, south-west facing balcony (approx. 10m²) with balcony furniture.

The river Isar and the English Garden, as well as the Schlösselgarten are only a short walk away. All shops for daily needs, as well as doctors, banks, elementary and secondary schools, day care centers and recreational facilities are within walking distance.
Good public transport connection. Only about 20 minutes to reach the city center (by bus or subway line U4, stop Richard-Strauß-Straße) or Munich airport in only about 20 minutes (suburban train line S8). The tram stop Prinz-Eugen-Park can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. By car you can easily reach the motorways A9 and A99 via Effnerstraße. You can get to the Alps in about an hour.
