Beautifully furnished (meets personal taste) and the space is used optimally, so that it feels bigger than two rooms. Nice ambiance thanks to appropriate lighting. There is plenty of storage space. Except for the lack of a kettle and coin-operated washing machine in the basement, to which I do not yet have access, the amenities, especially in the kitchen, are more than adequate. Great connections. The subway and tram are just a few minutes' walk away. One minor criticism: some of the fixtures are not stable enough (e.g., window hooks).
