Very nice furnished 2-room apartment, all new, with terrace and garden, in the traditional city quarter of Munich-Au.
Here you can find an idyllic refuge with large terrace and small private garden. The apartment has recently been completely renovated. Oiled oak floorboards were laid and a designer bathroom was installed (Duravit design fittings, porcelain stoneware tiles in concrete look, large floor-level shower with thermostat-controlled shower system and beautiful high-quality marble floor tile, heated towel rack). Another highlight is the large terrace with adjacent small private garden.
The apartment has a very protected and extremely quiet courtyard location. Accross from the terrace is a quiet and pretty office building. The banks of the river Isar can be reached in only 2 minutes.
Please note: A workspace for home office can be set up upon request.
