The lively Bahnhofstrasse - Gräfelfing's retail artery - offers everything for daily needs. Gräfelfing has two S-Bahn connections to Starnberg and Munich. You can be at Munich's Marienplatz within 25 minutes. You can also reach the airport in about 30 minutes by car via the BAB96 connection Gräfelfing and the Eschenrieder Spange.
The immediate proximity to the forest (a 2-minute walk away) is ideal for jogging and walking. Butcher, bakery, supermarket and S-Bahn station Lochham (S6), as well as various buses, e.g. to Großhadern, are only a 3-minute walk away. A tennis club is also nearby.
The Bahnhofstrasse Gräfelfing with its extensive shopping and leisure facilities can be reached on foot in approx. 15 minutes.
