As of October 2017, some renovations were made.
The floors (laminate and linoleum) were renewed, walls were freshly painted. The bathroom was equipped with a new sink and toilet, a new mirror and mirror light. The bed in the bedroom got a new mattress. Furthermore, several cooking utensils, towels and bed linens were newly replaced. The floors on the balconies were primed.
