With new windows throughout the apartment (with triple pane on the street side), new insulation, new heating, new bathroom, new kitchen.
With very nice parquet flooring (in the second bedroom and in the hallway even completely new).
Stylishly refurnished and very well equipped, like in the kitchen for example with oven, ceramic hob and extractor from Miele.
In the living room, a beautiful large picture was added above the sofa, the home office desk is equipped with a very nice desk lamp in the color gold (not yet seen in the photos).
In the bathroom, a shower cabin can possibly be retrofitted, currently a high-quality shower curtain is mounted on the shower (not yet seen in the photos).
In the kitchen a breakfast table can be added by the landlord if needed.
Very good connection to public transport: train station Donnersbergerbrücke (all S-Bahn lines) and streetcar in front of the house and Arnulfsteg to Arnulfpark. Best connection to the European Patent Office, Google and the city center.
