The apartment was completely renovated in 2019 and furnished as new. It has three bedrooms, so there is enough space for a small family or even a shared flat.
The three bedrooms are furnished with high-quality beds made of real wood. The mattresses are as good as new, organic and guaranteed free of harmful substances (as of 2019). After consultation with the owner, a baby crib and a high chair can be provided. The living room with dining area is adjoined by a beautiful, large balcony with a view of the greenery, as the building is directly adjacent to a large park. The bus stop is right outside the front door. The bus takes you to Pasing (Arcaden, train station, bars etc.) within 8 minutes. The S-Bahn can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes.
