The health town of Bad Tölz is situated in the Isar valley and right next to the Alps. In just a few minutes on foot you can reach the center and the beautiful old town. The traditional market street offers numerous cafes and shopping opportunities. In addition, the Isar river flows near the apartment. From there, you can explore the countryside with its many recreational areas by bike or on foot. The bright first floor apartment is centrally located, yet absolutely quiet in the heart of the city. The living areas have a light, lively and warm design and provide a pleasant feel-good atmosphere. The office has been equipped with an additional sofa bed and can therefore also be used as a guest room. The garden is the perfect place to relax. This region leaves nothing to be desired.
