The neighborhood gets its charm form the lovely mansions and post-war constructions, as well s spacious green areas and apartment buildings.
On foot you can reach either the U-Bahn station Prinzregentenplatz or the S-Bahn station Leuchtenbergring within 5 minutes. You can explore the inner city with public transport or on your bicycle. For drivers there are two parking spaces in the underground parking garage available.
