The spacious apartment has a separate, personal entrance which is accessed through the quiet, green inner courtyard.
The cozy living area with study, a bathroom and the large kitchen are located on the ground floor.
Roof windows as well as floor-length to the inner courtyard provide a lot of light and give the whole apartment a very open atmosphere. In the souterrain, the dressing room leads to the bedroom. Thanks to the large windows this floor is also bright.

The neighborhood of "Maxvorstadt" is culturally and architecturally one of the most interesting parts of Munich. This is, in part,  due to the three architectural highlights "Königsplatz", "Pinakotheken" and the "Siegestor". The district is ideal for students, as the two large universities "LMU" and "TUM" are located here.
