The apartment is located right at the high banks of the river Isar above the Hellabrunn zoo, in a quiet, small residential street. The streetcar stop Theodolindenplatz is a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
All rooms have access to the balconies and large, floor-length sliding windows.
The apartment consists of an open eat-in kitchen (fully equipped), a generous living room with TV, a hallway, a bathroom with bathtub and a small bedroom with closet and desk. It is the perfect home for up to two or three people who enjoy a quiet location and beautiful surroundings. It takes approx. 20-30 minutes to reach the city center by public transport.
