All furniture is new, as are all kitchen utensils, sockets and light switches. Tiles have been laid in the bathroom and kitchen. The brand new modern bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The location of the apartment offers excellent public transport connections in all directions. The Kolumbusplatz subway station (lines U1, U2 and U7) is in the immediate vicinity and offers a fast connection to the main train station, which can be reached in just 5 minutes. All suburban trains depart from here. At Sendlinger Tor, there are connections to the lines U3 and U6.
