The apartment itself is about a 10-minute walk away. Numerous restaurants, bakeries, hairdressers, doctors etc. have established themselves in the district. The Schwanthalerhöhe subway station is approx. 7 minutes' walk away. The airport can be easily reached by S-Bahn, which is about a 10-minute walk away.
Good to know: Every Thursday there is also a nice weekly market at Schwanthalerhöhe.

The apartment is located in a beautiful old building from the turn of the century.
From the 4th floor you already have a beautiful view over the roofs of the district.
It is beautifully furnished and fully equipped.
The bright kitchen with window is open to the dining area. The washer-dryer is located in the bathroom.
