This charming 2-room apartment is located near the river Isar in the Lehel district and provides a large east-facing balcony, quietly oriented to the inner courtyard. The location on the 5th floor ensures plenty of light in the apartment and the beautiful balcony, which you can access from both, the living room and the bedroom, invites you to relax at any time of day. The modern fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and the renovated bathroom shows fresh design in industrial style. Internet with WLAN/WIFI is included.
A highlight for fans of good music is the hi-fi system in the living room: a design classic (WEGA Minimodule) from the 80s with matching speakers and Bluetooth for connection with iPhone, etc.
Very popular prime location in the Lehel district between St.-Anna-Platz and the river Isar, with perfect recreational opportunities right at your doorstep.
