The district Untergiesing-Harlaching is located south of Munich and offers an urban residential location close to the center in a green area (zoo Tierpark Hellabrunn) with perfect infrastructure and very good transport connections. In just a few minutes by car you can reach the beltway Mittlerer Ring and the freeway connection to the A8 Munich-Salzburg. Via the beltway you can reach the A9 to Nuremberg or the airport.
