The 5-room house is located in a very well-connected residential area in Munich-Zamdorf, in the immediate vicinity of the highway and yet in a quiet location. Kindergartens and schools are partly within walking distance.
The living room serves as a cozy retreat for relaxing hours. The kitchen, which is directly connected to the dining room and offers enough space for a large table, is particularly practical. A light-flooded conservatory extension can be used as a children's room or multifunctional room. On the upper floor are the master bedroom and a study, which offers you a quiet space for concentrated work and can alternatively be furnished as another bedroom.
The large garden is equipped with a trampoline, a swing, a slide and a terrace, ideal for families. The unfinished basement offers additional, limited storage space and rounds off the offer. There is also a carport and a bike shed on the property.
Please note: In the living room, the furniture in the corner, including the desk, wooden box and armchair, will be removed. The corner will then remain empty.
A gardener and domestic help can be arranged if required.
