The apartment is located on the top floor of a building constructed in 2013 in a quiet residential area in Großhadern.
It has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a large double bed, a flatscreen TV and two dressers. The second bedroom has a single bed, a large closet and a spacious dresser and can also be used as a children's room, a guest room or an office.
The kitchen has a window and is open to the living area. It is very spacious and fully equipped.
The roof-terrace with grill is especially beautiful in the summer. In wintertime, the built-in fireplace in the living room is ideal for cozy evenings.
