A completely furnished house is available for rent. It has a total of three bedrooms and is designed for a maximum of four people. Additionally of course a living/dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a guest bathroom, as well as a sauna and a fitness room with a third bathroom. All in all the house is equipped to the smallest detail. The maintenance of the large garden is done externally.

It takes 20 to 30 minutes by car to reach the city centre. By bus you can reach two S-Bahn stations. Also the foothills of the Alps can be reached in a few minutes by car - for example in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, at Schliersee or Tegernsee.
