The design apartment is located in the heart of Munich on the top floor (with elevator) of a historic building. On the lower level a spacious living area with kitchen, bathroom and toilet are located. The upper level has a bedroom and an office area on the gallery, which is furnished with a spacious workplace and a ceiling-high wall of cabinets. During the day, the motorized retractable bed disappears into the sloping roof, at night you can fall asleep under the large skylight with a view of the stars.
