Spacious corner townhouse in a good residential area in Munich-Forstenried. Very cozy: with fireplace in the living room and in the large study room. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms and an additional guest WC.
Please note:
The smaller room in the attic (guest room) is now equipped as a bedroom with a single bed. The roof terrace is currently being renovated, completion is planned for the end of July 2020. The large study in the attic has no door to the stairway/corridor. Garden furniture is available.
Very good connections to the public transport with U-Bahn U3 and to the motorway A95 in direction to the Starnberger Lake and to the mountains!
