This spacious apartment is located in a new building from 2019 in the Neuhausen district near the city center. It provides two bedrooms, a study (also suitable as a third bedroom with single bed), as well as a large living room with dining area, which was harmoniously integrated into the open kitchen/living room. The extra storage room with washing machine is also very convenient. The balcony offers a nice view of the courtyard.
The tram stop is just a few steps away, lines 16 and 17 provide a quick connection to the city center. The royal Hirschgarten is nearby. It is home to one of the largest beergardens in Munich and also offers a park perfect for taking a walk.
