This modernly furnished 4-room apartment is centrally located in the district of Maxvorstadt. The living- and dining room is equipped with a nice seating area and a dining table. The two bedrooms both have a double bed and are nicely furnished. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and provides a small extra table with two chairs. The bathroom has a bath tub and a separate guest toilet. You have excellent connetion to public transport as the subway (stop Theresienstraße) is only a 2-minute walk away and also the tram is within walking distance.
