The entire house was extensively renovated and modernized in 2015. The whole apartment is very bright (east and north side) and furnished in a clean design. All rooms are of high quality and equipped with underfloor heating.
The apartment is located quietly across from Bayernpark and Luitpoldpark, a very popular location in Schwabing-West. Supermarkets (also organic), bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, pubs etc. are within walking distance.
