The bright guest room offers both, a bed and a study area. The pretty daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower-bathtub, a heated towel rack and a washer-dryer combination. The nearby Perlacher Forst, a large forest, offers beautiful walking and hiking paths. The Ostpark is a nice recreational area as well. To the north lies Michaelibad, Munich's largest outdoor pool. Shopping fans will love the nearby shopping center PEP.
