Very nice spacious, bright and furnished 3-room apartment, with great floor plan. Particularly noteworthy is the open kitchen, the adjacent dining area with cozy corner bench, the large balcony and of course the comfortable study / guest room, which is equipped with a large desk area and a sofa bed. The sofa bed has a fold-out bed surface, the side panels are removable.
Optionally, an underground parking space is also available in the building (100,- EUR/month).
