The modern apartment is located in a good residential area opposite Rotkreuzplatz in the middle of Neuhausen. With a variety of cafes, restaurants and all shopping opportunities, you can find everything you need right outside the door. The apartment has two fully equipped bedrooms and a lovely living and dining area. All rooms have high ceilings and are equipped with modern central heating. From the kitchen you have access to the charming south-west balcony.
A single underground parking space is optionally available, located in the same street, about two minutes on foot from the apartment. Rotkreuzplatz offers an excellent connection to Munich central station and o2/Telefonica by subway line U1.
