The spacious 3-room apartment is located near the TUM University in the urban Maxvorstadt district. It has a generous living and dining area and a beautiful bedroom with a lot of storage space. The guest room is equipped with a couch which can be extended to a bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower-bathtub with glass divider and a washer-dryer. The balcony overlooks the quiet inner courtyard.
The U-Bahn station Theresienstraße of lines U2/U8 is just 3 minutes away. The many acadamic and students give the Maxvorstadt district its unique mix of cultural diversity, tolerance and a lively atmoshphere. Several small shops, galleries, cafés and restaurants are just waiting to be explored.
