The bright attic apartment is located in the sought-after Gärtnerplatzviertel. It consists of a beautiful living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a separate bedroom with lots of storage space. The connection to the publict transport is excellent, the U-Bahn station Fraunhoferstraße is only a 2-minute walk away. The neighborhood is shaped by its many unique shops and cafés, and the well known theater at the Gärtnerplatz. The central hub Sendlinger Tor is not too far away, either.
