The apartment is located in the southern part of Ingolstädter Straße in Unterschleißheim (district Lohhof) in the northern outskirts of Munich (18 km from the city center). In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, a pizzeria and a nice beer garden. In the apartment building there is a bakery with a small café and a snack bar.
Shopping facilities, bank, hairdresser etc. are only about a 10-minute walk away.
With direct S-Bahn connection (airport line S1, stop Lohof) the airport can be reached in 20 minutes, downtown Munich in 25 minutes. The bus lines 693 and 215 are right in front of the house and serve Haimhausen and Unterschleißheim East.
