The beautiful 1-room apartment is quiet, despite its central location in Schwabing-West. It consists of a modern bathroom, an exentsively equipped kitcehn and a combinded living and sleeping area. The beautiful sofa can be transformed into a bed in just a few steps. The building was continously renovated and maintained.
Between the Münchner Freiheit, Hohenzollernplatz and Siegestor you can find all kinds of shops and many restaurants and cafés. The U-Bahn station Hohenzollernplatz is only a 3-minute walk away.
