First occupancy in designer apartment with new furniture after renovation (new kitchen and new bathroom)
Please note: the facade works have been finished and there are no scaffolding anymore (as of January 2020).
The apartment is centrally located near the Luitpoldpark. It was newly furnished and freshly renovated (designer desk in the living room and designer dining table). Designer bathroom. Very beautiful is also the small balcony, which is unfortunately not yet visible in our pictures. The rental price also includes a Vodafone GigaCube with 125 GB (500 Mbit download / upload).
