This 1-room apartment is located in the trendy quarter Gärtnerplatzviertel right downtown Munich. It has a combined living and sleeping area with a French bed. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. The brightly tiled bathroom offers a lot of storage space in the cabinets. Gärtnerplatz with its colorful flowers and the fountain is within walking distance and the center of the district. Cafés and restaurants are located between small boutiques and grocery stores. In the evening you can meet both, elegantly dressed theater visitors and people going out to the trendy bars and clubs. Diversity is what it´s about in this quarter.
