The stylish 1-room apartment impresses with its modern equipment. The practical foldaway bed gives the living and dining room a more spacious atmosphere. The own washing machine in the apartment is also very convenient. The apartment has a balcony with view of the green inner courtyard, as well as an optional split-level parking space. The couch was replaced by a black sofa.
The connection to the public transport is excellent, the S-Bahn station Leuchtenbergring is only a 4-minute walk away. Berg am Laim offers many green spaces: the Piusplatz, the Behrpark and the Michaelianger are idyllic and ideal for relaxing.
