The apartment is in an absolutely central location in Munich's Altstadt in the historic Hackenviertel and on the top floor of a traditional old Munich building. Solid oak parquet flooring and a high ceiling lend the apartment a spacious feel and the charm of an old building. The apartment faces the quiet rear courtyard and the tripartite window offers a view across the rooftops to Munich's landmark, the twin towers of the Frauenkirche.
The harmoniously furnished living and dining room with sofa, dining area and separate home office space is adjoined by a bunk bed with a double bed (1.60 m) hidden behind a curtain. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer-dryer in the floor-to-ceiling tiled bathroom.
